Another great video Alan, many thanks, however, this one is most definetly not for me at that price and I have said this before, it is staggering that all these mega money motorhomes appear to have more or less the exact same, cupboard door catches, fridge, cupboard door hinges, layout, TV, flooring materials, taps and shower outlets to mention but a few, so other than the chosen vehicle and the decoration which again is basically a veneer choice where does the mega price come from. I guess you have worked out from this I'm not a badge person and hate being ripped off.

I would have to defend the manufacturer John in this case. I understand why prices are high at the moment. However you are right about the parts, they all come from four or five suppliers, irrespective of the brand!

I had to have some work done on my Malibu and they had a used Morelo in stock so I had a chance to have a look around. Certainly lovely and I could even imagine living full time in one but it would terrify me to drive it around U.K. roads (even if I could afford the fuel).

I believe the flat bottomed steering wheel is to make it easier to get in and out of the seat.

that's just a beautiful car, but when I add my masterline from hymer, I see, with all my additional options, that there is really only a difference in the dimensions and more expensive finish. Our hymer is equipped with all the options that there were and then this almost corresponds to the morelo. Well there is still a very big price difference 😉.

They missed a trick with that motorhome. Instead of those really ugly rear-view mirrors, they should have installed cameras and a display with a split-screen. I've seen them on really expensive motorhomes and they wouldn't have to add that much to the cost.

I thought the same as I was standing in front of it. The mirrorless vehicles are not yet standard but I imagine that they are easier to drive and will cut down on fuel consumption. I saw some figures from France around five years ago and the difference was quite astonishing.

€325k!!! I often see comments comparing the difference in prices between Europe and the US. Europe seems to offer much better 'integrated' motorhomes for under €100k, but in the US you can get the larger 'A Class' (ie full truck chassis/engine) for half the price. eg the last one I looked at was the Jayco Alante 27A ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYHdknqZg9pgh7M ) at just over $100k USD (EUR to USD is almost 1:1 so close enough to easily compare). I expect the facilities for an 8m+ vehicle would be a lot better in the US too, and fuel is cheaper. 😁

Not keen on this one Alan, ridiculously expensive not for the ordinary man, with horrible dark brown fake wood finish. Totally impractical on UK roads alright if you live in USA.
