I know exactly what she means by a "cheesy" aftertaste. It's a lot easier to taste if you drink plain milk when you haven't eaten or drunk anything recently, so your mouth is in a neutral state taste-wise. You won't taste it with chocolate milk, for example, or eating cookies and milk. I don't like that cheesy aftertaste at all, so I never drink plain milk on its own.

It's generally the opposite. A lot of streamers encourage clippers, at least if they don't have their own clip channel, and some even if they do. The clips can be an encouragement for some to go find the VOD to see what happened next or previously, and the same is true for active streams. Obviously that doesn't mean everyone does, there is some nuance to it, but yea..
