What I love about your saucers( and pots ) is the beautiful aesthetics. I look at the whole piece, pot and saucer for the beauty of it and decide what plant to put in it.

I've been asked where's the saucer. Don't recall ever, don't want to ever. Some thoughtful and fine points you've made here. The saucers nice too and the rhythm of a production studio.

@@pottersjournal It is quite the undertaking to make saucers with every piece but it is a necessary one for most buyers. Thanks for such kind words and for always watching. I appreciate you 😀

Suggestion: you mentioned to put a shard over the hole in the bottom of the pot. I’m sure you have broken pots. Why not include a shard with a sale?
@benwolffpottery11 күн бұрын
People like to use different things for the hole and shipping a sharp broken piece of pottery would not be safe. That being said it is a good idea to include something like a piece of screen :)

Great info. Do you wire through the pieces after they have dried a bit? I never see you do that.
@benwolffpottery11 күн бұрын
@@WhiteStoneCottagePotteryOn pots smaller than 10lbs I let them dry and pop off of my wooden bats. On bigger pots I cut under and remove for time specific “safe” drying
