Fun fact, the bladder doesn’t contract after it’s been stretched like this. Some of these people have bladders the size of basketballs compared to the usual grapefruit size in most people. It’s common in people who over drink water to feel intoxicated as well as guys like this.

Also, holding in your urine when your bladder is completely full, makes your body release a hormone that signals your kidneys to slow down their work on cleaning your blood and creating urine.
