An extended stay hotel is the last stop before the street. It basically allows the person a place to stay, but it's expensive and keeps them trapped there as its very hard to save money with the high rate.

Extended Stay Hotels offer weekly and monthly rates instead of nightly. They don't seem all that cheap to me, at least the ones I've seen, but probably easier to come up with the money to stay a couple weeks or month there than get enough money for rent or down payment on a house.

Alot of people who use them don't actually get on their feet though. they are often addicts .. lots of dealers sell out of them . Od's , violent crime etc. But yea if you need a month to save money for a down payment, it can work for the more responsible folks who utilize them

I think you are supposed to put water in the pan after the bacon. As the water boils away, the fat renders. You will end up with the perfect chewy inside and crispy inside. I recently learned this and even Mr. Carver could execute this method.
