A Very RARE Mary Poppins Meet and Greet at Disneyland!

Hi everyone! This video was taken at Disneyland in California in early June 2024. Here, I talk to Mary Poppins and Bert about their favorite things about each other and about all their exciting plans to spend time together. What are they up to? Bert also gave me a very special gift! After, they ride on King Arthur Carousel together as the Pearly Band plays their songs, and later march through Fantasyland. It was so magical to see them!

Thank you for sharing Mary Poppins and Bert with us, we don’t get to see them very often! Your tribute to songwriter Richard Sherman at the beginning was so fitting, especially having Mary Poppins near its a small world, since he wrote songs for both. RIP to such a Disney legend! ❤️

Mary Poppins is such a beautiful and graceful mother figure, especially with that elegant dress, and her singing voice is just absolutely sweet and graceful. She really shaped my childhood with her graceful posture and glowing personality.

What a treat! I wish Mary Poppins would do more stand-alone meet and greets instead of always doing shows! She's great for the whole family, young and old! RIP to Richard Sherman, he was a legend! And we're so lucky to still have Dick Van Dyke with us! It will be a dark day when he leaves us.

Fun Fact: Mary was the namesake of MAPO, the animatronics and vehicle manufacturing unit of Walt Disney Imagineering that operated from the 1960s until 2012. The unit took this name as it was established by using some of the profits from the film.

I don't mean to sound like a Karen, but how does she follow the characters around and not get caught. I was thinking she could be a coworker. I would love to live close to Disneyland but sadly I don't.

Most characters actually will ask all the guests around them to walk with them when they are out strolling 😊 For Mary Poppins and Bert, I actually saw them on the carousel early in the day, and then later on after they came back out, I happened to see them during a meet and greet.
