I was soo late to this video cause my sleep schedule does not exist anymore 🤣. You did so good even with Pumpkin spooking! I’ve ridden a pony who was so spooky and one time my friend jump while I was trotting past and I almost fell off, after that he did not want to go anywhere near that side of the arena! He also spooked at decorations that we put on some poles cause we need to desensitize him for showing! He was a very good pony despite all his funny spooking! My old trainer never really made us do laps of no stirrups posting trot but she made us do multiple laps of half seat! Also update on the ridding we have messaged all the barns I’m going to try and are waiting for a response!! I’m so excited to see what you do in the future! The cross rail was definitely bigger than what you used to jump which is so exciting!! You are definitely improving with your jumping every lesson!! I’m so proud of you Clara!! I mean it when I say that you are going to do amazing things in the future with your riding! Even though I am a stranger on the internet I promise I will be there with you every step of the way, from your ugly moments to your most beautiful moments! I can’t wait to watch you improve more and more!! You are going to do amazing things! You are a great rider and don’t let anyone bring you down! Keep it up Clara!! ♥️♥️🫶🏼

Hi again! I've been really busy with my life so thats why you havent heard from me ^^ (I've been watching every new video tho). I will go to my first horse camp tomorrow but also after that I have another working equitation competition with "my" pony. Getting really stressed out hehe. Also I know the struggle to not be able to make the horse move! "I already trotted over the 4 poles why should I trot over the last one huhh??"

Also when Pumpkin spooked there 9:00 she was like "But the thing moved to different place now its scary again!!!" Also I know that may be not possible in the lessons but when I have a spooky horse I dont leave the place where it spooked but I rather do normal sized circles near to it to make the horse feel that nothing will happen to them near that "scary" thing. Or I let them look at the thing and then make them do few steps closer and I wait, few steps closer and I wait again till we get to that thing so my horse can smell that. It depends on the situation Im in ^^
