I tried several new things in this video to try to make it more engaging and concise. I'd love to hear if you like the changes I've made, or if you want future guides to look more like the one for the Leper! Also, in the video I gave incorrect damage on Smite and Holy Lance against Unholy targets! I thought that it did 15% bonus damage at all ranks, but it actually scales with level (from 15%-35%), as u/grassy-seas pointed out on reddit.

That 30% prot can make a ton of difference with the right trinkets. you can make the crusader a holy tank that scoffs any damage that is thrown at him. you will learn to appreciate bulwark of faith when an enemy crits you and does 7-11 dmg and normal attacks do 3 dmg at most (when it’s not a straight 0). This ability in long battles is a literal life saver. Use it during the start of the fight and you won’t have to worry about him dying. If you have the thick skinned quirk this ability becomes even better! You now can make him a super tank that will never fear any sort of damage or you can use the bonus prot to equip him with another trinket that boosts anything else you wanna boost usually I use ancestors ring and focus ring (who needs Dogde when you can tank a nuke straight on and laugh it off like it was nothing). Do not sleep on bulwark of faith! It will save your crusader, trust me! Be careful with heavy dots though they can ruin your day! (shivers in 10 bleed damage!)

Only point I think you get wrong is about zealous accusation. If you can't hit rank 3 and 4, and let's be real, outside of holy lance you can't and there is never any guarantee the whole backline is dead turn 2, then being able to finish off potentially the whole frontline on turn 2 or kill someone while damaging the other is good. If you say for instance run riposte in the party then the frontline could be hurt enough to do just that on round 2. Deffo worth having. Also having a tank being able to make enemies more likely to target him while buffing his own prot is in no way a bad ability.

@@vendettavera4641 youre thinking of occultist i imagine, plague doc has a shitty heal but it can heal bleed and blight. ive barely used it but apparently it can be a lifesaver if someone is deaths door with a dot effect on them

I love crusader design and skill animation but holy sh*t he suck major ass. Leper is far better melee and front laner with his insane dmg, sustain, hp regen. Crusader is like a shit fighter who cant tank well, cant heal well too either becoz his turn comes at last so good luck bringing someone out of death door if they haven't already been wiped out considering late game bosses get more than 1 turn and also summons minion. Having Leper will allow u to focus more on dmg dealing instead of being a wannabe multi utility hero who sucks at every aspect of multi utility.
