Quick note: For anyone curious about the meaning of the adjective 'pre-code' that I use toward the end of the intro, that refers to the span between 1929 and 1934, after most films started being made with sound but before the widespread enforcement of the Hays Code (which introduced heavy moralizing censorship into the production of films in Hollywood).

This video wastes most of it’s runtime with a superficial history of the Marx bros and has little to say about the actual comedy formula. You say what each brother’s obvious role is in the group but don’t go any further in analysis. Disappointing.
