A Very Tough, But Stunning Mountain

Back in 2018 I rode a mountain called Sgorr Dhearg. It was only my second mountain that I tackled on my bike after Ben Lomond, and honestly, it was terrifying!
This mountain is raw and pure, with no official path at any point. I climbed up the way I went down in this video, and once I got to the top, I was too scared to go back down that way. Thankfully, I was able to go down the other side, which was easier but not as fun.
This time, I wanted to see it through, so brought my mate Piers along to join me. Long story short, we managed it, but it wasn't all fun/rideable. The top was outstanding though.

Truly fantastic video! Does your drone auto track you when you’re on the move? Any chance you could do a short vid on bike skills? E.g how to swing the rear end - you do that a lot I’ve noticed. That said, there’s no substitute for out and out fitness !

To be fair, I cut a lot of the bad bits of the lower trail from the video, which means the video doesn’t show the ride in full. The top was awesome though 🤘

Now that was absolutely stupendious footage!!! I reckon that's some of your best ever. Those views looked jaw dropping. I might make a point of walking that mountain on a fine day as I doubt I could ride that as I'd be too distracted looking at the scenery. BTW I'm in Virginia USA at the moment and got speaking to some locals at a trailhead. When they heard my Scottish accent they asked if I'd watched McTrail Rider on KZbin. Seems like you're really putting Scotland on the global map!
