lol yes that ginger tea is amazing! 💜 omg yeah i go from 0-100 when i workout and it is always on leg day.. i literally need help getting up and stuff but i try to go light until i get back in the groove with working out again but i hope this gets better for you :) i am just now dipping my toes in the water with posting content. i wanna try voice overs but i am terrified. my anxiety goes crazy but hopefully one day i work up to it.
