I have one that has no tweezers, no toothpick, no key ring, no half stop, AND no inlet emblem. It is a real victorinox because the knife is stamped And there is a little dip where the emblem would have been so it must have been painted at some point

I just picked up exactly what you describe but has keyring - £8 on flea market in good condition

I just picked up a Tourist/Standard. It's an 84mm, no scale tools, no key ring, no half stop on bottle opener, has flutted cork screw,. One side tang stamp is "VICTORINOX SWITZERLAND STAINLESS ROSTFREI" The othe side has the Crossbow and OFFICIER SUISSE. Its the same as in the video except smaller (84 mm) and no keyring. Any idea on the model and time frame it would be?

No, half stops on the Caplifter would mean it’s pre-1985.

@@factorsofjack I believe it would be in economy model. Probably a tourist economy does it have the old shield on the scale or the Modern Victorinox shield?

It's like a Spartan doesn't it ?

Victorinox spartan is only differentiated from the standard because it has toothpick in tweezers.
