Man, it's hard to chose a knife sometimes I almost feel guilty for neglecting the others :)

The genius of the Swiss Army Knives is that there is no such thing as the perfect one. We all face the dilemma of wanting more functionality in a smaller package, but that comes with its own compromises. There are models with every tool available but not practical to carry. You could also get it customized, but that usually comes with a high cost, so we will always have to compromise somewhere. Whats nice about this is that this means there is something for everyone, but never everything for someone.

The saw has so many uses. It makes a fantastic grater, scraper, and it's also a great saw.

Nice video. The keychain one at the end is called the Rambler. The Rally doesn't have scissors. You might like a Wenger called the Pocket Tool Chest. I had one till last summer and I lost it somewhere on a golf course. It's only a little bigger than the Esquire but several more tools. I was gonna replace mine but I decided I'm going with the Manager for now.

The 75mm Executive in an absolute jewel! So much functionality in such a compact size! One of my favourites!

Really enjoying these SAK videos Mark. Thanks for the great content. Very relaxing and informative to watch! We don't seem to have the same amount of knives available on ebay here in the UK unless I'm just not loooking properly.

Sometimes I just do some random picking. It's like a challenge for myself. I just wanna see what I could do with any kind of SAK I bring in my pocket. So now I'm very accustomed to many series of Victorinox SAK and old Wenger ones too

I did enjoy that. The fact there weren't Alox versions in there, means you are a little more carefull with them? Not messing up the scales with scratches.

That was really interesting. Going to have to watch it again to catch all the names. I was going to through some of my Dads stuff and found a Suiss Officer with the I going up and making what looks like an umbrella. The 4 tools on the bottom all come out together and some other issues. Do you think it is worth restoring. I can email you pictures later if you think it is. Enjoyed the video.

That's an Evogrip 14. The Evolution s13 is the only 13 right now and it has a blade lock and a saw. Really like the videos.
