Personally, I'm pretty blessed to have a very understanding and supportive mom myself. When I was diagnosed with clinical depression a year ago because of a fallout I had with a very close friend of mine, it felt like my entire world was falling apart. I had to quit my full-time job because of the mess I was in. I didn't know what to do. Thankfully, my mother was there to lend me her ear and help me pull myself together and fight it. Love and appreciate the parents who raised you while there is still time left both for you and for them 💙
