Its frustrating when you invest on an up and coming boxer because they can get injured or just quit. They quit for different reasons, from getting married to gaining too much weight. When they get their girl pregnat, they have to start working full time. And punches hurt more as time goes by...

I hear what he’s saying . For those that don’t know why , it’s because it’s something that’s going to increase in value . A car the min you take it off the lot losses value . And the older it gets the value keeps dropping . A house will typically always increase in value . For instance we got a house for 90,000 in the ghetto . It’s now worth 200,000 + because they are always building and the value always increases . Say the build a mall a mile from a 65,000 dollar home . When that mall is up and running that home will be worth 300,000 dollar . Easy . The last house we got was the 90,000 house and still holding it tight cause they are rebuilding the neighborhood and putting up close to 10 houses every 2-3 months . The value will keep going up plus the remodeling we did to it . I wouldn’t hold rent houses as he said, yes you get rent money every month but it takes years to get your money back charging rent . And then you have to pay for everything that breaks down and these people don’t care they just rent . So busted pipes , water heater , ac unit , you have to fix all that and then hunt these people down for the full rent cause these days no one knows how to pay the full amount on time . Then go to the courts and file an eviction then wait for them to miss the court date that is a month out by that time they are 2-3 months living rent free and you made nothing and they just ain’t going to pay cause they know it’s a whole process . Rent houses are not worth the headache . Buy em when the market is hot and flip it for a big ol chunk of change . Repeat . If you save your money right and don’t go out spending like your a rapper who’s first single just dropped and is going off the charts . You will build your wealth in no time . And when you are in to buying businesses that rent. A building from you that’s when your getting bigger bucks and playing with some real money

I'm serving in the military right now, planning on using va loan that removes the down payment to $0, no credit score. I want a duplex to rent out while overseas, what do you recommend?

@@saulperalta780 if your for sure going to do the whole landlord thing which I’m not against but it’s just me personally who feels it’s a huge headache . I got a buddy who’s from another country and he’s out dealing with his sick mother who will pass soon. But he’s never said anything good . Seems like he’s always stressing . He will call me to pass by his property too see if the tenents. Cars are their cause they didn’t Pay rent . When they do pay it’s always short . They. Refused to pay rent till the property was painted inside. Just a bunch of stress. . How will you repair stuff being deployed ? Cause they don’t care about the ac unit. It’s not theirs so they don’t maintenance it , over work the unit cause they don’t clean the filters , don’t care about breaking doors , ruining floors and carpet , holes all in the walls from hanging tvs and pictures or even from fighting while holding parties. All that must be repaired which is a cost on you before another tenant moves in . If you are set on renting I would do a very good check on who you rent too . Make sure they have and have held steady employment, no pets cause they ruin stuff not all but a good majority , and if they just started a new job it’s prob someone who can’t hold a job which means you ain’t getting your rent money . I have another buddy who rents but only to females not for any other reason other than they tend to take care of the property better and don’t punch holes. Or mess things up . Their more gentle . Ideally you want a single female no kids , no pets , who’s had the same job for at least 5 years . In her 30s and up cause the party phase of their life has usually slowed down . Not saying A family is out of the question cause many many many first time Renters will pay on time and could be the best tenant . Just don’t buy the whole sad story that they have no where to go . House burned down , whatever the excuse may be who knows . At the end of the day your ultimate goals is getting your rent and on time . As far as the zero down if your asking about that id need a little more info . I got into this green man . Made tons of mistakes , tons. If I can help you not make the same mistakes I’d be happy to help

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME WHEN I WAS IN MILITARY SERVICE. some weird guy came to one of my kick it spot talking about Bitcoin being the new currency . at the time it was 5 dollars each and Ethereum was looking like a copy cat scam lol most of the time its how you approach and present yourself. a real scam artist can sell anything. but someone who has real good pure intentions might look batshit unbelievable sometimes

Ellie I know Vergil is gonna wanna get some rounds in. But I plan on betting my bottom dollar that Vergil gets the knockout against Lawson. Is there a chance that Robert might tell him to take him the distance to get rounds in? I know Muratalla hurt his hand against that Valtierra guy and that was only an 8 round fight. But this one is scheduled for 12 rounds. Has Robert revealed to you whether he wants Vergil to get the stoppage or go some rounds and maybe the distance if possible? I don’t wanna bet on a ko if that’s what the plan is. You have the inside scoop

And Elie made many RGBA fighters known, for that matter Robert and Mikey. If it wasn’t for Elie I think everyone would have forgotten about Mikey when he was off for two years. What many people don’t understand is that Elie was one of the first social media boxing “reporters”. He is a boxing marketing machine.
