The difference in competence between the campaigns is astonishing. Kamala has done very few interviews, all of which are very short, and make her look worse every time she does them. The same goes for Tim Walz, who even described himself as a knucklehead. Meanwhile, both Trump and Vance have done 3+ hour long interviews, and look better every time they do them. You get to see how they act just as people. Not to mention Trump has been endorsed by Elon Musk, RFK Jr., and Tulsi Gabbard; 3 of the most competent Democrats, meanwhile Kamala’s endorsements are a bunch of entertainers and Dick Cheney. If Kamala wins, it’ll prove our country values DEI over merit. The silver lining is the people who reject merit will eventually suffer the consequences of it, so they lose in the long run.

Joe Rogan is an American hero for providing his platform to politicians. I hope this format becomes the norm! And I hope it continues to be hosted by people like Joe who are not going in with a politically motivated goal.
@garethmorgan36652 ай бұрын
So do politicians. They can go on shows like this one or Theo Von's and get pitched soft ball questions and make claims that they don't have to substantiate because the host lacks basic policy knowledge/ is thick as sh*t . The number of People who don't think their elected officials need to face thorough examination of their positions by experienced journalists because they're from 'Mainstream media ' is insane and the likes of Trump are laughing their arses off that the great unwashed have been fooled into going along with this .
@UhtredOfBamburgh12 күн бұрын
Joe does have political motivations though. We all do. And Joe objectively pushes a specific political view and talks about politics all the time on the podcast
@SpicyJalapeno-dc8mo2 ай бұрын
Konstantin hits this nail on the head. 2:01:35 The main reason political discourse is so difficult to have now is because the gap between the two dominant ideologies is so vast that fleshing out, nailing down, and open-mindedly discussing the differences between perspectives is nearly impossible if you don't have hours, or more likely days, to dig into the details.
@nancygawlowicz25622 ай бұрын
I had been a Conservative during the ascendency of that Liberal idea, and how it looked from the Conservative side is, taking drugs because reality was too inconvenient, free sex because there were no immediate consequences to misbehavior, be loud and vulgar because we've got a right, man, find an alternate way to get what you want instead of doing the hard work, get tattoos to show everyone how cool you are. Being "liberal" has no charm for me. What you were didn't matter as long as your surface demonstrated the hallmarks of the tribe, and then you were accepted. Those "liberals" weren't trying to make the world a better place.

KK & FF were standup comedians until the woke nonsense started, when both of them were cancelled for various reasons (KK's story is iconic, go and search for it). So they started doing a double-header and/or interview-type podcast from a rented room, and it grew. KK in particular has made a name for himself as a current affairs commentator - he's very incisive and articulate, which is pretty impressive for a guy whose parents sent him to school in England, alone and speaking no English, at the age of 11. I'm confident that he put someone extremely strong in as VP, seeing as how they are openly trying to off Trump now at public events. I don't know that they will give up and go to plan C, now that he's thwarted several attempts, thanks only to the grace of God, for preserving his life. I tend to think and hope that Trump is meant for this time, and God has ordained it. I hope that's the case.
