What a beautiful and moving tribute. Thank you Max for all you did for the Heritage Singers ministry. You will always be in our hearts. I grew up listening to the songs of the Heritage Singers, they still bless me to this day. May God continue to be with the Mace family and the Heritage Singers Ministry. I grew up listening to the Heritage singes. As a child, I discerned uncle Max's presence in their ministry even though I've never met him in person. I am sad; but I have hope that I will meet him some day when Christ comes to take his people home.

I'm heartbroken ... The Lord brought an old Heritage Singers song to my mind this morning which I was thrilled to find here on KZbin. One vid led to another which led me here. My heart goes out to the entire Mace family and all the Heritage Singers, past and present. I'm so very sorry for your loss ... Tears are a language God understands. Val, my heart especially goes out to you. Don't know if you'll see this, but you once gave me comfort after a Heritage concert during a meet and greet at the Garden Grove church, during which I was in tears. You glanced my way and immediately came over to talk with me. You asked me why I was crying, and you gave me a hug and such words of encouragement. Hard to believe that's been almost nine years ago! Your father has left a wonderful legacy and because He loved and served the Lord, we will see him again. What a day that will be -- our first Sabbath afternoon concert in Heaven and watching you, your parents, and the Heritage Singers sing directly to Jesus! Oh what joy! I lost my dad on 11.4.20 too, so I feel your pain. You are in my prayers. May God bless and comfort you and your family.💔🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🕊️

Im crying. I hope to see him in heaven. Im almost 60 years old. I been listening from childhood. My condolence to the family I know they are very sad especially his daughter who sings with him and his Heritage Family been with him by his side all her and their life. My apologies I'm very sad.
