This build but with Sorcery primary runes would be actually insane tho. Relentless Hunter + Celerity + Waterwalking + Mobility Boots + Dead Man's = Insane Roams

Deadman’s is Tanky asf also strange for only 40 armour but speed accounts for defence also which make sense the tanky

it's 100% not worth giving up the hexflash though, phase rush + inspiration is still the way to go and you can still go dead man's. Another rune page you could try is predator with relentless + inspiration OR glacial + relentless

If you perma-roam you should go Spellthief since you won't be in lane often and more so focusing champs. Also I go Phase Rush and get all movespeed runes to run around even faster.
