I'm trying to figure out before the cut in the video whether copper metal was produced in the glass pipette? All other videos on YT I've seen carrying out same demo only produce a brown powder (which people call copper) but copper in a powder form does not conduct electricity! So I'm wondering whether some further steps were carried out 'off camera' to produce a 'lump' that would conduct electricity?

It would be interesting if a similar method could be used to regenerate traces on corroded PCBs.

Very nice, thank-you! The Nuffield set used to have a two syringe arrangement for this. I'd like to get involved in this work. My related page is Chemistry: What, Why, How. Please be in touch. Thank-you!
