Overall, a very good place well worth a visit. The manager's command of Igbo language is commendable. I would suggest he gets some street planters with ornamental trees to give the place a further serene look.

This is Not a Classic Kitchen, it Ultramodern Kitchen. The word 'Classic' is used to qualify things or novels that have the highest quality or value in the ancient period. For example, Shakespeare novels, Macbeth, Julius Caesar are examples of Classic Novels.

Anyone can call their business anything they want if the name is ok by the registrar of companies, your eurocentric definition notwithstanding. This particular kitchen is "classic" in the sense of preparing high quality ancient Ibo dishes to use your definition.. So chill, this is not an academic exercise.
