Yes, it's such a breath of fresh air and awesome to witness. If only it was like this for all malls. Yes, I know I can dream.

The aesthetics of this mall are very interesting. I also like how this is a Latin American themed mall. That's really cool. I think this is possibly the first time I hear of a mall being culturally themed. You said it was built in the 80's but to me it looks so 90's.😊💖💗💜🌟

I'm guessing the fountain is where the Christmas decorations are being displayed? Maybe I'm wrong? If I'm right, I would've loved to see how it looks like. It's also nice to see a mall that's being used instead of being abandoned. Hopefully it stays that way for years to come. Good job on another entertaining video Doomie.😊

I admittedly had to do a quick double-take since we also have a mall called Plaza del Sol here in Puerto Rico, although it's bigger and more modern looking. Also huge "There I am Gary, there I am." moment for my country at 3:12. Really nice looking mall. It gives me the vibes of one of the smaller malls down here, like Centro del Sur.

We have a couple malls like this one in Texas. PlazAmerica's Mall in Houston and La Gran Plaza Mall in Fort Worth. Both of those malls are doing really well, and both survived. Both malls were nearly dying before the change to a mall focusing on Latinos. There is another mall in Pasadena Texas, called Macroplaza, which made a couple of attempts to rebrand as a Latino Mall. The full plan never got put into place and the mall is in dire straights now with only 5 businesses open.

I think this mall looks nice, bright, and sunny. It’s being used well as a mixed use space. I’m happy that the mall was saved.

It's a nice example of a repurposed mall! The best candidates for that are the smaller malls.
