We're not allowed Koi in New Zealand either, for the same reason. Also Tilapia, Pirahna, Walking Catfish. Pike, Carp and Rudd. A real threat to native fish and trout.

I can’t remember the full story on the water heater… but my husband is a licensed plumber if ya’ll need help. He may could give some ideas via messages. I just keep hearing about the water heater and just want to offer the help😅 I’m on all socials. Same name.

Thank you for the kind offer! It was just old and leaking likely due to its age so Joey replaced it and now we’re just waiting for the old one to drain so Joey can take it out of the Queen’s Cove! Then I’ll have my room back!😊

@@ADayWithT I don’t have any cresteds yet. But they aren’t difficult from what I’ve heard. I do have Leopard Geckos, Bearded Dragons, Musk Turtles, Ball Python’s, Saharan Sand Boas, and a Sulcata Tortoise though. And an African cichlid tank/turtle cohab. And a betta tank/african dwarf frog/kuhli loaches in that one. 😅

If you are trying to drain the hot water tank fast try pulling up on the relief handle. It might help break the vacuum.

Tamara, I'm so disappointed in Linda, she is a possible cannibal. lol Great video, shout out to the girls for doing a fantastic job. Kaity has a great idea with the shrimp tanks, very little maintenance Tamara which we love. They come in a variety of color too, if you could get them safely shipped to you. I can't believe you guys are still f**king around with that water heater. Someone was missing from the video, so we better sent him a hug, a doggy hug for the good boy Luke. Koi arent allowed here in Queensland because carp are so bad in our water ways and they out number our natives and decreased number due to eating fry, ive seen groups of 4-5 big carp take out whole native spawns but just like most things we arent allowed haha
