I love the new couch! It's a great addition to your apartment. Have you ever heard of the Montauk Sofa - Jane? It's my dream couch, and once I sat on it, I knew it would be a timeless piece in my home for years to come.

Well if you feel like a change was much needed it is most important to follow those feelings… On a personal note, I think this new couch is to high and it visually cuts your space in a ratio to all your other wonderful pieces. I used to think also the two previous couches together seemed like an “off” combination mainly in terms of scale. But now to me this new couch competes in height with everything else and seems unbalanced. But I guess lots of changes will come ahead and it’s part of evolving and finding what you feel good and what works with you at that moment. Greetings and keep up great and beautiful

Seeking help from therapy is not seeking help “outside of GOD”. GOD is everywhere and wants the best for you and for you to be happy. Unfortunately, people often equate GOD with the church. Church dogma often pigeonholes and limits GOD conceptually and perpetuates guilt, shame, and fear. I feel for people who were raised in strict religious households because they usually aren’t taught critical thinking. Freedom of thought and expression are often frowned upon. I was raised to think for myself. I became Christian as a young adult. I understand the difference between the oppressive culture of the church vs. the teachings and principles of Christ.
