@@ruthsmith2367 I am very surprised by how little I had to chuck. But the vast majority of the canned foods are 2024 and there's a LOT 🤣. I think many of us are in the same situation. I'll have a watch of the other video. And thank you 🙂👊💜👊🌱

The glace cherries will last for many years. The US Dept. of Agriculture updated their recommendations for canned/tinned foods to the effect that they never expire, and although some my change their flavor or texture a bit after many years, that canned/tinned foods never actually expire, and unless the tins are dented or rusted, to keep them. I am enjoying these,Ruth!

I still have them 🤣 That’s unusual for a government to say that, they normally want full control and don’t want us to look after ourselves, so good to know they have confirmed that for everyone over the pond, so they know to keep. @@ruthsmith2367 Thank you , Ruth, and love back to you. Yes, we were all surprised by that being posted by the Dept of Agriculture, Food and Drug Administration, but we were very pleased.I could never replace all the tins/cans I have gathered for the last few years.
