A Walk to the Water (Part 2/3)

In April 2013 Jake and his brother Danny set off by foot from their home in Bristol, England. Their aim was to keep walking until they reached the Mediterranean. The trip would end up taking almost 5 months and cover almost 3000 km. Join them in a 3 part film and photography show and experience their nomadic lifestyle in a quest to complete the challenge of a lifetime. Join them as they Walk to the Water

Blimey that got to the end quick. I finally made it back Jake to finish Part 2. Wow, what a journey. There were so many highlights - as an identical twin myself I resonated with your experiences of the spectacular views, the camps, the miles and you descending down into the Doub Valley. Hard days a lot of the time but magic days especially with the French family and friend and of course your grand parents. How good was that new boots and all? Having lost my dear twin this was so special to watch. Thank you guys for walking for water. It's what Paul and I did walking every river of the Wye system in the UK. Hi Mark, That's great that you watched this video, I don't get too many views on the extended videos of that trip as I made a compact video with all three parts in that people seem to prefer. I hope I never forget the atmosphere when we walked down into the Doubs Valley. It was something truly magical. I have just sent the link to your page to my brother Danny.
