The tree which you have drawn is amazing, it's interesting how you presented this to the world in less than 60 seconds

Anyone else likes drawing traditionally? Or digitally?
@benmillan8005 Жыл бұрын
I only just recently bought a tablet, but did the first three issues of my comic traditionally. Coloring was digital, but the line art was all blue pencil and various pens.

Never made a digital mark in my life - unless we count the Etch-a-Sketch lines of my youth!🤣

Traditionally. Pencil and pen. 👍

I know how to make traditional art as well as digital art. I like both.

I love this! I read a letter by Durand explaining how one must be able to see into the tree and through the tree. I can see all that he was talking about in your drawing💕💕💕💕

I don't know it would be possible, but can you get closer to the paper? Its very difficult to see the mark making thst far away. Thanks.

It’s hard to get close and have the reference photo in camera view especially with a landscape orientation. I do try and zoom in as much as I can with all that considering. 😀

Do you think i could use u art and u as my artist reference in my gcse fine art class as my exam is 5hours looking to base it off u style
@stephentraversart Жыл бұрын
Yes Charlie, I have no problem with that. Appreciate your asking, and all the best with it. 😀

in this one the view is from above a little ,difficult and annoying to make this effect apparent in the tree ,and as always, the most important and difficult in any drawing is giving that feeling of dimensions.

Haha. It took almost 60 minutes in real time. 😀

Sketch-Show is right. You are an excellent copier, slow but effective! 😂 I love your artwork, your explanation and the material you use.
