There's something really lovely about mums who are still a mummy when their kids are grown up. Your mum making you wear a hat just gave me a warm fuzzy feeling. My friend has family like yours where her grandparents always have food for her and it's so nice. She never leaves without a big bag of homemade goods

I live in Ireland, and I have to say that we are obsessed with outside clothes lines, and our weather is so much worse than in the south of England! So we spend most of the time running in and out of the house to grab dry clothes before it rains 😅 but I swear that your clothes end up smelling fresher and cleaner when the wind gets through them! It also means you don’t waste as much energy drying them inside the house & the house doesn’t smell dampish either!! Enjoy 😉 😀

I was staying with my aunt and uncle in Boston when they decided to sell their duplex in JULY. I remember thinking, "omg you haven't decluttered or painted anything all these months!" needless to say it's late September they've been through TWO seller's agents and have not listed the house yet. However the buying market it hot right now with people WFH and wanting more space. My aunt just really wants some return on her investment... but it's a really old home that wasn't really maintained over the 10 years. Also that's what made me move back out to NYC (although everyones moving away ha)

Good grandparents make life!! Leaving my grandma's house empty handed was unheardof and leaving with holiday leftovers was the best! Hannah Mann same, we had £10 notes slipped secretly to us without my parents seeing. Grandma would always bake before we arrived and make extra cupcakes to take home. Her birthday cards were often drawn by her too as she was an architect and incredibly creative. She was so humble too, I only found out the depths of her achievements at her funeral. Yes a leg is a clothes pin.

I so can relate to this situation... Our family sold our home and had 6 weeks before we could move into our new home. My husband and I lived in our 36' camper for 6 weeks with our four children.. yep you read that right, 4 children, before we could (hopefully) finalize the paperwork. Pilates was my therapy, lean heavy into that through the process it's a healthy release! p.s. it all worked out in the end.
