Ah so, my office has been crazy busy. We also do goodie bags for the community :) and vitamin e sticks for the lips are amazing, we use them.

Our office is slow during the Summer. Since people are taking vacations, they want to hold off their treatment/cancel their appointment. Starting September to December it's busy coz people want to use up their benefits before the year ends! I hate it when the office is slow and there's gap in the schedule. Ughhh lol

Yes it’s definitely a bigger responsibility and obviously your pay should change But I think you should go for it it’s a huge compliment to your hard work. It feels good to know that your office trust you to be the leader of all the assistants.
