Love this video! The first time i found your channel was 3 or 4 years ago and I’m glad to be back! this video is so soothing and i am noticing all the editing details that must’ve took quite a while to get them done. Appreciate all the effort ❤️ btw the 8-8-8 method sounds great! I’ll definitely think about that and give it a shot. funny enough, i am similar to you. after every 30 minutes of work, i will get back and just walk on the spot or around the house to get the body moving and step counts in 😂

That’s so exciting!! I’m part of the kings chorus choir which is a non auditioning choir with two concerts a year. There’s also jazz society, and loads of other music societies!! It’s a very music-oriented uni so lots to choose from 🎶
