i know you said you didn’t want opinions but the nose piercing is such a slay!!!! it actually really does suit you!! when i got my nose pierced it took me a while to get used to it but i literally don’t even notice i have it anymore because i’m so used to it!! also usually you have to start with a stud for a few weeks and then can change it to a ring so you might love the stud when you have it!!

saved this video for my cozy nighttime routine cause I'm also feeling lonely this week so this video was perfect. I had the WORST period this month and felt so out of routine for 2 weeks (emotionally and physically) and it's so hard to get back into routine after that. I woke up today determined to feel myself again and I ended up doing a pose in yoga I have never been able to do before. It really put things into perspective for me and reminded me that my body is capable of amazing things! please never stop being you and making content that feels so genuine!!

i've had a nose stud for like 8 years and highly recommend - it's totally different from a nose ring, they still scare me lol and with piercings, it's not permanent! you can get it pierced and keep it for a few days or months and take it out or you could keep it forever, literally no commitment necessary

For the nose ring, I currently have super thin ring but I started with a slighter thicker ring to accommodate swelling and ensure that the hole could work with pretty much any size jewelry. That would be my little bit of advice when getting your nose pierced. And not everyone does this so definitely ask your piercer, if you haven’t done it yet!

Firstly I love love love your content, and I totally know the difference between discipline and listening to your body. I’ve been there but honestly something that has really helped me in getting a solid exercise routine is having performance based goals. I run a lot and started off not being able to run 1.5km at the start of last year to now training up for my 3rd full marathon, dramatic change i know. But throughout the whole process I set mini performance based goals that I have gradually ticked off. I feel like have direction with your exercise and working towards something that is performance based and not physical based has seriously healed so much internal trauma, lots and lots of love ❤

When I try to build a routine when I keep falling off the bandwagon I try to make less or smaller changes rather than all at once. The 1% better rule is so good - whether your 1% is eating at home (even if it’s just a frozen pizza) at least it’s not takeout then I can slowly get more disciplined and eventually make a habit of cooking balanced meals everyday. Start smaller and eventually you’ll be a whole new person 🫶🏻 Also the nose ring is 👏
