Thank you for the inside look into what it’s really like to be a boss and the head of your small company. I’m blown away by your calm energy and it really helps put into perspective the amount of time we are all given to do things and how I feel we can learn to balance. As a teacher, life can get really chaotic and I’m still trying to figure out how to balance my school life and my home life, but two things I am learning to do now is learning when to step away from work and exercising.

This is a random question, but I am looking for help. I am 16, and 2 years ago my doctor prescribed me Retin-A. It has significantly improved my skin, there are less breakouts, my pores are cleared up, barely any whiteheads, etc. Am I too young to be using Retin-A? Will it cause premature aging? I am also scared to stop using it or else it will break me out terribly. Please help!

I used Retin A before , it doesnt make you premature age . I think the doctor wouldn't of given you it otherwise . But I stop for 3 months and restart . For those 3 months i use glycolic acid . I dont want to be dependent on Retin A .
