Invest in a semi nice bottle of olive oil to drizzle over salads like this, Berio is fine for pasta and dressings but when you need an oil fix, go for something slightly nicer. I swear it will change your life for the better. So happy about the Skims campaign, you deserve to work with huge brands on a regular basis. I do hope they compensated you well for the work, you made it look SO good. (I secretly dream you will collab with Victoria from Inthefrow one day, you two have such strong styles and I would love to see what you could come up with together).

for people who get periods i can’t recommend taking magnesium enough. taking 200mg daily literally changed my periods (i’m 37 so that’s a lot of periods lol) and almost eradicated any pain. where they used to be an 8 they’re now 2-5 on the pain scale. going to try the raspberry tea as well!

I will say this, this makes total sense. I just started taking magnesium and my period felt like nothing this time and I was so confused, THIS IS WHY. I'm also 37 too 25 1/2 years of periods (GAH!)

Like TheirThere is my favorite neighborhood coffee and I literally have watched your vlog while sitting in TheirThere. Love the food recommendations for your period. Just to note: Carrots pretreated ie shredded lose the nutrients that you need in the skin and are then treated with a preservative to keep them fresh. Get them whole and shred yourself if the goal is getting the good benefits. Also to add to the raspberry tea, nettle tea is great-loose leaf preferable with all teas but obviously can be easier/quicker if you are on the go to get the bags. Can find them loose on Amazon for pretty reasonable. Love that you talked about this.

I love the new place! It looks amazing and it’s so unique - love when each piece has a story. For the thermostat, in my house I put a small, ornate frame around it and then created a gallery wall. I found that it ended up blending together and I loved it more than covering it up with a tapestry as I had in the past.

@@TarMarz yes i was wondering about this as well. unless you hooked up with BC Hydro (utility) yourselves then maybe it IS controlled by the building. so dumb. hopefully they adjust to your liking! i find that in apartments it is usually plenty warm cos you're surrounded by other units...not that it gets that cold there. anyway, i'm loving the vancouver content as well, hope you have lots of fun there 🙂 love that city

Colour/color *babes* !!😆 INSANE to see you in all these places I go, sat at n' such. But grrrrl STILL no footage of yaz swimming in my Salish Sea or at least Kits infamous pool?! {tsk tsk...hehe} It is now pitch black by 8:20pm {eeee so fearing 'the' infamous 8 months of rain Oct-May}. Hoping onnne day that we here whom are 'seriously' helpful & 'legit' ... that we get to say hi {not that I 'completely' feel like 'my' alone email sent on way back to help on where to rent or not when y'all came to find that fella of yers a flat. LUV your tresses and every time you complain about it I am ova here like "bisssh forgettt about it" I would kill for such. I am swimming in the sea tons still & in fact w/h A LOT of the infamous Irish that reside here in VAN. gads do they luvvv it here & employers SOOO like them and always renewing their work visa's endlessly. Tx for the longer vlog--p.s. personally I am very much into holiday footage and esp. more than food, but I am one person. Have a great week.

@@TarMarz Hiya . . . glad you got out n' about and a hike in as well {Seymour I think or Grouse}. Feel like am sitting here teeth chattering as went sea 'legit' swimming and the autumnal current has arrived let us just say. Back to the pools {sadly}. At least still summer here so now is 10 weeks of sun we've had. Anyhooo be 'so' very safe in NYC Tara {please use Uber etc} if night time etc. Winter will be so bad for those without proper healthcare and no shelter and feel the rage factor will go up there. That said I 'do' look to you and 'our' gal Karen for captures of street art n' such...but only where it is safe to go. Bot even a mother by choice yet mother others haha. If coming back this year hellllla avoid November {all of it} plus first 2 weeks of Dec. is generally wet/dark then we get snow3rd week Dec through Jan. here and there etc and some brighter days. Ciao for now.
