A week in the north of Sweden, I prepared some traditional Swedish Fika.

Following up on my mum's moving to Sollefteå, we went to apply for her personal number, I had to guide a group of people on a hike and the beautiful Aurora was back!

I moved to Sweden 26 years ago from Ireland, i love access to nature so it is perfect for me. You won’t regret it, i never have! Its all about finding the positive in everything. The winters are also stunningly beautiful! Good luck, you will love it!

Leuke video Guy, ik begrijp je moeder hoor, het valt niet mee om sowieso op latere leeftijd te verkassen naar een ander land. Mijn partner en ik zijn hier nu bijna 4 jaar ( wel al 40 jaar door Scandinavia gezworven met tent/camper) en hoe lief de mensen ook zijn, toch blijft het soms moeilijk. Ik persoonlijk mis het spontane, een biertje en een wijntje op het terras ! Maar idd je krijgt er ook veel voor in de plaats, gelukkig hebben ook wij één van onze kinderen hier wonen met zijn gezinnetje wat fijn is. Veel plezier tezamen, groeten uit Docksta!

Oh ja het is zeker allemaal niet niks.. maar denk dat ze er wel doorheen komt 🙏🏼 Oh super dat jullie ook hier wonen met ook nog een kind in de buurt, mega fijn 😊 Klopt Zweden zijn wel net wat anders als NL kwa benaderbaarheid maar we hebben toch ook wel leuke contacten.. dus ja beetje 50/50 vaak 🙈

Jan Gullik is one of my favourite places to go and relax, enjoy the beautiful trees around and play with the kid. There used to be waffles up in that same red house two winters ago, but now I think they don't do it any more. Not sure why or if they do it just for the winters... maybe. Anyway, if you need a hand with the hikes or any help honestly, I can give a hand. Maybe we can talk more on Instagram or even do a small collaboration video or something. Not sure if you are open to that kind of stuff... 🤷‍♀😊
