A week of building new habits with balance, discipline and self love

I spent a week building new habits and routines with balance, discipline and self love and created this video to keep me accountable.
Since moving back to Byron Bay and no longer living in the city, I have been trying to consume media that opens my mind and keeps me intellectually stimulated such as reading more, listening to podcasts and watching documentaries. I've found that gaining a deeper understanding of the world is often easier to cultivate in a city and takes more effort when in a small town. Part of building new habits has also been to develop the overall wellbeing of my mind and body and a little challenge to strengthen my self discipline and self love - because ultimately, discipline is the highest form of self love. I wanted to 'attract' people on youtube who I could resonate with, those who are living the life I would soon be able to live, so that I could see and live through them. Your video was unique to what I normally get on my feed. That fact that you ride a bike, own a car, take runs and have a lovely long trail to take. Surronded by trees and plants. Your green smoothie with "vanilla protein?", though I also like to add almond butter. Journaling (I went through 730 pages in 4 months.). The glowing skin, such manageable hair (if thats why you cut it). Going to beaches and restaurants by yourself. No 9-5. And a youtube channel (maybe to make life more exciting). Making sure to live in alignment so that things are always interesting. I saw so much of myself and more through you!
