Allana had this awesome tip for dry shampoo - to blow dry it with cool air. It's funny to think about drying dry shampoo, but the air works wonders!

Heyyyy! See if you hate getting in and out of banded pull ups. Try hooking the band across clips on the rig, it’s a much more stable base. The higher the band is up the rig the easier it is. Hope that helps 🥰

pro tip - if you wanna do pull ups match your lat pull down weight with your body weight 😉

I’m not saying that this doesn’t work, I’m sure it does, but I can do sets of 6 pull ups and my lat pull down weight is only 2/3 of my body weight so don’t be intimidated by this or see it as another goal/step
