One thing about Hannah is her videos are gonna hit every time!! 💖I also really appreciated the reality across the different days in this video- from not wanting to get out of bed or running out of milk when you’re halfway through making a coffee (it always happens 🙄) to a super productive 7 am gym/grocery trip -it just makes me feel less alone to know that not everyday is gonna be like Hannah’s Friday but your almost* perfect morning can still happen on any random day.

re: knees - one of the best things you can do beyond taking care of the joint itself (icing/stretching/taking anti-inflammatories) is to strengthen and mobilize the joints above and below, so doing exercises like squats, clamshells, lunges, and calf raises! I personally like to do my glute activation exercises as running warm ups.

GIRL the knee thing I feel your pain.... something I found that actually worked (Im also 25) was light/medium weight training specifically on legs.... strengthening my knee's muscle through weights helped the pain actually go away when I did cardio! :) Love this video!!

I had to quit running four years ago because I developed patella femoral syndrome. More recently I've gotten into strength training and this year started running again. I've learned that strength training is absolutely essential for me to be able to keep up a regular running practice. Specifically working on my quads and hip flexors and abductors is super helpful. I also had a lot of luck using kt tape to manage the pain but that just manages the symptoms and not the root cause. Also if you are new to running don't overdo it! Increasing mileage too quickly or running too many days in a row can be a recipe for a bad time. Good luck!

I don't run but have the same thing and on top of what you mentioned I really recommend doing patellofemoral rehabilitation exercises. It helped me a lot!

I second (third?) this! I also have patella femoral pain syndrome from a couple injuries and stupidity. It really pays to strengthen everything in your legs so the joints are held in place properly. There’s lots you can do with a couple bands and a yoga block in a quiet corner of the gym or even at home.

as a girly with skin issues, the best trick I've learned doing my makeup is doing cream blush and bronzer first, then concealer and powder, followed by powder blush and bronzer. I've found that this actually helps me use less product (especially concealer!) and it's the best my makeup has ever looked.

Chamomile tea bag compresses have been life changing for my acne! I literally just microwave a cup of water for two min and then dip the tea bag in for a few seconds and wrap it in a microfiber cloth or napkin because it will be HOT. Do that a few times over a few min and it helps my acne go down a lot (I get regular and cystic acne)

Hey! I loved your video. They're always so cozy. I have a similar issue with my knees when I run, and I have found through working with a PT that the legs of my lower body needed to be strengthened a ton. Especially the muscles that support my knees. Also, with running, everything is connected, so make sure your hips and glutes are strong and that you have the right shoes on to support your feet and ankles! I hope this helps a bit!

If you mix a little bit of concealer with your bronzer on the back of your hand you don't need to buy a whole new shade :) you can also do that with blush or whatever other products on the rest of your face so the concealer disappears and blends better into other areas

hiii I'm also a person with 80 yo knees who enjoys running even though my knees don't. First recommendation is getting some super cushiony shoes like Brooks or Hokas to run in. Making this change has seriously changed my cardio life. Second rec is to do active quad warm ups before running specifically moves that focus on knee stability, same for the shins.. The third is to make sure you're doing an active cool down that focuses on your lower quads/upper knee area and your shins. Good luck!

Idk if you’ve tried orange theory, but I actually thoroughly enjoy working out now and get so excited to go 4-5 times a week! Ideally I’d do that 2 days a week and then Pilates or something 3-4 days a week, but unfortunately I don’t live somewhere where Pilates is prevalent, so just orange theory it is for now, AND I AM LOVING IT!!!! Highly recommend. The environment and energy is ummatched and I love that it’s just 1 hour of my day, then I’m done and I’ve already got 3-5,000 steps and 4-600 calories burned!! It’s so nice!

hi Hannah! love your videos, always so comforting and cozy ❤ i noticed that you were applying your concealer with an applicator. usually it’s not recommended, because all the bacteria you get from the pimple transfers onto an applicator and goes inside the concealer bottle and grows there, and then you apply it back onto your face. this causes more break outs to happen. i’m surprised nobody has mentioned it to you, girls should care about one another. try getting a brand new concealer and first apply a bit on your hand and then with your finger apply on your face ❤
