Dear Hannah, first of all I want to tell you that you are a great woman. You are disciplined, you work with goals and you do so much more than just the goals you write down. Try to be a bit gentler with yourself. If something doesn't work, no big deal. You also need time to get used to your new phase. You don't have to think about anything when scrolling on your phone, that's what you need at that moment. Once again, you are doing so very well. To make finding a therapist less stressful for myself, I just found a local therapy place and filled out forms online about why I wanted therapy, and then they matched me with a local person to talk to in person. It was great and I didn’t stress about finding “the right” therapist. I just went with what was nearby. And talking to someone in person is honestly so nice, at least for the first session:)

I have read 'I Found You' & did not find it realistic but a quick, enjoyable read. Also bought The God Of The Woods which I found even more unrealistic ... the outcome with the daughter ... I agree about the choppiness. I do not read fantasy novels. I read a great deal & do enjoy hearing / seeing others be enthused by the printed word! hey! i’m a very very regular watcher (as in i watched every single one of ur videos since like ur college times) and for some reason this video rlly feels different. usually ur videos are both entertaining and relaxing which makes u stand out from other creators in my opinion. u know how to perfectly mix the fun parts of ur life with all the “boring” stuff that needs to be done which makes it extra easy and enjoyable to watch. and for some reason this one just feels extremely long and weirdly composed??? i don’t mean in it a hateful way whatsoever and i hope it doesn’t come across like that, but just a few minute long clip of u scrolling thru pinterest is quite off putting and simply making the whole vlog boring. again hope it doesn’t come across as rude, just a bit of constructive criticism :))
