I work at a dental office and we also have the Zoom whitening treatment. The relief gel was a good call and the toothpaste. Maybe ibuprofen or Tylenol could’ve helped a little. The treatment is very intense and heard similar experiences from patients. I personally would never do it, because I know myself and I’m sensitive and I just stick to whitening trays and I believe it’s just as effective.

I am a dental hygienist and if you ever experience teeth sensitivity especially with whitening order MI paste. You can order it yourself online. Your teeth have pores and when you whiten them with chemicals those pores open and fluid transfer between those “pores” causes that sensitivity and pain. MI paste fills those “pores” with calcium and fluoride so you dont have that pain anymore and helps to strengthen the teeth after. Its a game changer. Look into MI paste!😊

I use to drink lemon water every morning and now i can’t even drink orange juice ruined my enamel on my teeth forever. I use sensitive toothpaste everyday. So be careful drinking a lot of citrus drinks. Things to look forward to after 50 lol
