hi cari. i live in romania (neighbors with ukraine) and this week i've been feeling very anxious because of what is happening in ukraine rn. my mom made an appointment to get her passport done (i already have one) in case anything happens, and that instilled a lot of panic in me (+ the fact that i have a cat which makes leaving the country 837743 times more difficult), but everyone else around me is not worried at all so i don't know if we are too stupid to worry or they are too stupid not to. BUT basically i want to say that this vlog was really really nice and a great distraction from what is happening so thank you so much. thankfully nothing happened to us yet and i pray that everyone in ukraine is fine and this comes to an end soon. But tysm for your videos cari, i've been a silent viewer for quite a bit and i enjoy every single one

Hi Cari, I just wanted to let you know I enjoy and appreciate your videos. I lived in Korea twice before, the first time In Yongsan-gu back in the early 90's and the second time in Anjeong-ri inside Pyongtaek City in the early 2000's. I loved my time in Korea, along with the food, people and culture. Watching your vlogs allows me to continue seeing sites I once visited and learning about what has changed since the time I have left that beautiful country. So thank you for helping me remember fond memories.

Your reminder about hobbies being something for you that doesn't have to be perfect hits me in the feels :'] ironically I took some time this morning to do a completely different routine and pretending I was my own café for a little bit bc the funds are low. I also watched your Skillshare class and it was very concise! I liked it a lot and definitely would recommend for anyone trying to start a vlog but not quite sure how.
