Wow what a week of studying, emotions, failures, and successes. I guess that really is the definition of finals week. I have so much to say, but right now I'm getting like 6 hours of sleep to get this video up for you guys, so I might fill this in later. Just know I love you, I'm proud of you, I have hope for our country and this world, we never give up without a fight for what's right.

This is exactly how I got through med school - LISTSSSSS and weighing which topics will be asked more because our professor always said study smarter, not harder. Yesterday was my last Law school test of the semester. I literally just arrived home and slept all day after weeks of barely sleeping. It felt good. What motivated me is that I found some "study with me" videos that made me stayed seated and study for hours.

I will never not find it crazy how schools vary by location, my school in Canada ended back in April and I took my last final on the last Friday in April so I've already been on vacation for well over a month at this point lololol. I remember I used to laugh back when you were at the University of Oregon because I was amazed by how late you guys went lmao. As a Canadian it is so hard to see all of the tragedies you guys experience on such a regular basis. Recently my little sister was in a school shooting at her nursing school in Georgia and it was the most terrifying thing that I have ever experienced seeing all her messages and watching her be so scarily about it. I really hate how desensitized people have become to this sort of thing, like they're okay with it becoming a more regular part of American culture. I'm so glad that there are still kind & compassionate people like you out there who recognize that this is a problem that needs to change

I know how it feels with school shootings, I feel so sad with some news in Colorado and it has been updating everyday :( So sometimes my mom has to listen to the news every day from the news for her job. About school shootings a lot of information that she hears it from. I feel overwhelmed but I'm comfortable of achieving my graduation from last month.

I have used D2L, Blackboard, and Canvas since my college journey has included 2 community colleges and 1 university. My time on blackboard was only for 1 summer semester and I hated it. I loved D2L at my main CC and now that I'm at university I love Canvas the most out of all 3.

I’m in school for design, so thankfully there’s no exams, just huge projects - which I love. In fact, this semester I didn’t have any exams! And I love it. I’ve always hated studying. But when I did, I created a study guide in PowerPoint and then printed 4 slides to one page 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣 I have pretty horrible handwriting sometimes, so typed notes are always best for me. Also I cried the day I saw/heard about those sweet tiny humans. My heart broke. I’m a little older, so I remember Columbine, Sandy Hook and Virginia Tech as well. Change really needs to happen here. 😭💔

Ahh congrats & happy summer break! That’s the best feeling. I don’t really use any apps even though I have heard of some, I try to set a timer or put my phone behind me, then I give myself frequent sort breaks to check my phone or study with another person which helps me be disciplined:)
