Slight shame to see you not doing the comp, Erin, but, if you're really not feeling it, is probably the right call... injuries suck. You transitioning to crossfit and/or hyrox now then? or just takin what you feel as/when? I totally didn't have to google hyrox also (I did). I've found myself jogging backwards filming before. It's interesting. I heard tib first time, Erin. I am very curious about that workout name. "accidentally" Good work on that 240 DL. And hope comp training goes well, Lewis... best of luck with it. Actually got to get to myfirst in-person comp early in the month - the really ht weekend... I may have forgotten that 'the sun' is a thing and got sunburn, but totally-ish worth it. was a great comp. Peterborough's Strongest. I know it'd be a drive, but if you can, I'd reccomend looking into it next year. they've got an amazing bit of kit; this big tower thing, not hugely dissimilar to the Rogue tower.

@@mistycrom yeah definitely a shame that we didn’t have heaps of time to really train for it but definitely into it next year! Training different types like CrossFit and Hyrox as really enjoying it and eventually want to do it a bit, but keeping up with strongman too! Thank you! That sounds good. How did it go? We will check it out for next year💪

@@TruestFitness Oh gods, I was spectating, not competing! It went well though. There was a kid in the juniors I'm predicting going onto big things. Absolutely crushed it. It was all-in-all a great show too; and being in the cathedral square with the guildhall behind it looked awesome too.
