These PR's confirm Chris is Natty. Most natty's will never deadlift 4 plates. With more training, I'm sure Chris will also hit 3 plates on the bench. Really impressive for a natty.

@@YTStopCensoringFreedomOfspeech most nattys would deadlift 4 plates with the right approach. Chris doesn't train specifically for deadlift so that's why it's not higher. @@JackHagar Well Chris Heria has been training for about 13 years now. Granted he does train something else but it still builds the Chest and im sure he does some form of these exercises at his home gym aswell. Also for the guy that said weak sauce, consider this guy is training for Calisthentics, which also requires you to be lightweight, so lean. For his 80kg a 130kg (almost 1.75 bodyweight ) is a very advanced lift, and also considering he doesnt train powerlifting its very impressive and beyond what most people will achieve.

@@JackHagar i can give you an advice how to increase not only bench, but every move in terms of weight. Just try that shit and you will see in couple of months the results will grow. Do one weak every exersice with a weight that allows you to do 4 or-5- or 6 reps. So as you can see from the reps, the weight should be close to 70-80% of your max (1 rep). Every movement. Not only the bench. Do the next week every exersice with a weight that allows you to do 13 or-14- or 15 reps. So as you can see from reps, the weight should be close to 30-40% of your max (1 rep). Give it a chance. That shit worked not only for me but for my homies. And of course do that routine not only for couple of months, but for a long period of time for max results.

Bad depth, and although he does not look like he-s arched much, the load is too big. I guess if your goal is to get some quads with a non optimal nor efficient usage of the exercise. If he would train for powerlifting without some good coach, he would be an injury waiting to happen. What happens when the buttwinked position cannot handle the weight anymore, compared to a more uncompromised position?

I did calisthenics only my 11th grade of high school. Then took the whole summer off and some of senior year. When I tested my maxes I did a 315lbs for 10 reps Conventional Beltless Deadlift, 365lbs, then 405lbs Conventional Beltless Deadlift. Failed 410lbs after. My bench press after months of no upper body was 220lbs. I also high bar ass to ankles completely raw squatted 225lbs for 4 reps after only doing pistols my junior year and not squatting since 9th grade. In 9th grade I hit 135lbs for 10 reps Squat and failed 190lbs. After a year of pistols I got to 220lbs for 4 reps never squatting with weights. Bench went from failing 185lbs and making at 135lbs to getting 220lbs after months off after a year of calisthenics. The year of calisthenics then I started to add powerlifting 12th grade and the rest was history

@jameshorton5395 How is that cap? Those are clearly rudimentary numbers to start with and to end with after a year of calisthenics. How is being that weak not believable? Plus I was in high school from 2006 to 2010. Once I finished high school I started my own channel of doing both calisthenics and powerlifting. And I'm much stronger since.
