@@JackHagar Well Chris Heria has been training for about 13 years now. Granted he does train something else but it still builds the Chest and im sure he does some form of these exercises at his home gym aswell. Also for the guy that said weak sauce, consider this guy is training for Calisthentics, which also requires you to be lightweight, so lean. For his 80kg a 130kg (almost 1.75 bodyweight ) is a very advanced lift, and also considering he doesnt train powerlifting its very impressive and beyond what most people will achieve.

@cheap_clips5 ай бұрын
@@JackHagar i can give you an advice how to increase not only bench, but every move in terms of weight. Just try that shit and you will see in couple of months the results will grow. Do one weak every exersice with a weight that allows you to do 4 or-5- or 6 reps. So as you can see from the reps, the weight should be close to 70-80% of your max (1 rep). Every movement. Not only the bench. Do the next week every exersice with a weight that allows you to do 13 or-14- or 15 reps. So as you can see from reps, the weight should be close to 30-40% of your max (1 rep). Give it a chance. That shit worked not only for me but for my homies. And of course do that routine not only for couple of months, but for a long period of time for max results.
