I got super curious about where falafel originated so I had to pause you and look it up. Apparently it originated in Egypt where it is made with fava beans. All over the middle east they make it with either favas or chickpeas or a combo of both. I want some so bad now, lol😄

Love a random meal, I had 2 hash browns, 2 veg fingers and some vegan black pudding with a little squirt of vegan mayo on a wrap for my breakfast this morning, beautiful.

The 30 plant points a week now replace the 5 a day because that's not enough. All plants count towards your 30 eg wholegrains, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, beans and lentils, as well as the fruit and veg of course.

I’m such a naughty thoughts girl. I immediately thought of Penny Lane, the Beatles, with the fish and finger pie line. Please don’t ban me. I’m turning 68 and just found out what that meant. Love the vlog and the food. We’ll be having wraps with hummus, chopped cabbage, avocado and spinach. Maybe not exciting, but Too hot for anything else. Thanks for taking us along.

The only scoffing I'm doing is food 😄 And the thing I'm scoffing might be interesting for a Jason's Lunchtime Taste Test - I'm not sure if you've reviewed them before though, you might have; it's The Gym Kitchen Piri Piri Grains pouch I have ADHD so I struggle to eat sometimes, and being able to just open something and eat it is a huge help, so the fact you can eat them as is (or microwave them) is perfect for me - just a hot tip for fellow ADHD/AuDHD folks, not meant as a promo for Gym Kitchen 😄 Btw I love your Trek updates, and that you're enjoying Star Trek Prodigy, it's a brilliant show, I hope we get a season 3 (I'm a huge Trek nerd, I've seen all of it)
