I stocked up today on the cheese options, they had decent dates and they'll disappear next month. Does anyone else really miss that amazing Moser Roth Vegan Blonde chocolate that Aldi have discontinued? It was incredible 😢. My Aldi looked to have Vegan Racer ice-cream bars as well as the Titan ones. I've been defrosting my freezer today so I couldn't indulge. I really hope they are still available next week. Those pizzas look great too. Thanks for all the fabulous videos. I love your shopping vlogs in particular and like others have said you were very helpful when I switched from veggie to vegan. 46 years meat-free! 🎉X

I sacked Aldi last year due to self serve check outs and lack of options.I now need to back after this vlog.I love the kievs and the fish is decent too.I hope the Norpak butter is good at that price and that Cathedral City spreadable cheese is great as well.Thanks P&J and I wish everyone a Happy New Year

Thanks for the upload. We went to Aldi today (Friday ) and bought some of the frozen food. Couldn't find the battered sausage but got plenty of other plant menu items.

I still love watching them now ❤️ You’re both totally relatable & down to earth which I love! I’m a northern vegan gal & love pies, potatoes & “meat” alternatives! … I’m all about anything that can be served with gravy!! I feel like a lot of veganuary things are called “new!” In most stores but end up being “limited edition” in my eyes! Like you say, after January it’s really anyone’s guess what will stay on the shelves in the supermarkets! Thank you both for continuing to do these vlogs! ❤

Tesco is definitely leading the way! Squeaky Bean is our go-to meat replacement, Imran’s a huge fan of the smoked salmon. I found the crispy bacon to be very good! I’d recommend the Ginsters garlic mushroom slice to eat on the go. It’s lovely! Tofoo for the win. I’ve had it for 2 separate meals this very day! Flora spreadable is our preference, wasn’t impressed with Lurpak Can personally vouch for the salted caramel iced dessert. It’s proper good!

My niece loves hers!! She’s 3 and calls it her chicken book 😂

I eat mostly home made vegan food. But even processed vegan food is better for you than the animal based version. And even more importantly no animals abused.great video lads

Quorn changing so much of their range from vegan to vegetarian is incredibly frustrating. Convinced they didn't actually change the recipe, just changed the label to shut people up. Why would the last ingredient be egg white if it's so key?

I think a lot of the time the refrain from labelling something as vegan as they can't quite guarantee that the ingredients are completely vegan, so it's normally out of caution and not wanting to lie, rather than others being put off by a vegan label.

I just did my first Aldi visit of the month. The meat-free freezer cabinets were completely empty... Sold out? Defrosting? Nope, mechanical failure and awaiting repair. They had to chuck all the food... they should've let me know!

The acti leaf soy milk has now added iodine, so dont get caught out. Its our go to milk, also the tofu smoked chilli tofu is lovely in noodle stirfry. Nice kick but not too over powering.

I would love it if you ever went to America and went to one of the Whole Foods!!! They are so much better than the ones in London. I went to one in Orlando and they had so many vegan goodies including freshly baked muffins and cookies, ❤ they had a wood fired pizza oven where you could get pizza all day and they also had full sized birthday cakes on the cake counter, i was in heaven ❤

Sometimes labels are confusing and just not clear. I love rice. I was curious why the Mexican rice (early in the vlog), and especially the whole grain rice, are not vegan. According to the Aldi website they are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, yet the photo clearly shows “vegetarian” on the front but the ingredients look vegan. Of course I would not buy either of those items, but just pointing out that sometimes labels are confusing.

I'm so glad you mentioned Aldi's in other countries. I live Upstate NY and our Aldi went down to tofu, maybe??? I've been vegan for 9 or 10 years now and I dream of spendind at least a month in the UK, my original destination when I left Brazil in May 1987. I've been al over Europe but not England. I did manage to get the Teriyaki Udon Bowl just before New Year but not tried it yet so it's really good to hear that Jason liked them. I also agree about the battered sausages. I always make my own onion gravy, chop and fry an onion in plenty of oil, add salt, mixed herbs and stir in flour. Then add water and when it thickens add marmite, nothing better.

You can add ALDI Australia to that list. Absolutely pathetic offering. ALDI here is a real "B" grade supermarket. The only product "clearly marked vegan" is just one brand of Tofu ... THAT's IT !!. So bad now, that I have started to shop elsewhere.
