I’m an incoming freshman but I’ve lived in Lafayette my whole life. I’m def not living at home so would you suggest a dorm or apartment for freshman year?

I lived in an on-campus apartment my freshman year (Purdue Village). The major downside was being far from campus and not getting the "dorm experience", but I enjoyed having my own space and privacy. The cost is average compared to dorms, so if cost is an issue you can see the exact prices for each residence hall!
