Can you make a workout routine? Like workouts that you do outside of soccer practice to stay in shape. I’m a freshman and I made varsity soccer this year but we have a freshman and jv team and I know I’ll probably be fine but I just want to make sure that I don’t get moved down to jv or freshman because I originally made jv then got moved up to varsity but I feel like what’s gonna set me apart is staying in really good shape so I would love to see your tips for that. Plus like what you normally eat in a day.
