OMG what a coincidence! I too did the deadlift with the same weight!!! Thought about you while doing it. 🩷 And the oil concoction! I’ve made it too with as many ingredients! The champi bit is so adorable. 🫶🏼 But I have a love-hate relationship is Champi. As much as I would love it, my hair starts to pull and hurt as soon as someone else starts to do it. 🤣 But LOVED the vlog! Food looks delicious as well. Hugs and love! 🩷
