From what I remember, that incident was an icebreaker between him and Holomem. Before then they didn't quite know if it was good to joke around with him, but his response of changing his Twitter name to Yagoo and going "I'm Yagoo" told them that yes, he's chill like that.

@@HudaefCares I've seen the clip that started it all. First Subaru was given a 3D file, but she didn't know what. Turns out it was THE Duck. Given she was Gen 2 andhadn't made the criteria for 3D she was a little confused. In the end Roboco was playing with the duck prop and Subaru had to make like she was being thrown around. They then booted up her Live 2D model, and she is reading a letter and mispronounced the kanji to Yagoo, from Tanigo He then changes his Twitter handle to be known as Yagoo publicly because that clip and another in Minecraft proably went viral for the times. In short Tanigo trolled Subaru with a duck and then that duck laid the Golden Egg called Yagoo - the rest is history.
