My great grandmother was born in Broad Blunsdon in 1862. Her father was born there in the 1830’s. We have photos of school groups, football clubs of my grandfather & siblings, taken in the village in the first decade of the 1900’s. . I daresay the sounds, back then, would have been of the clopping of horse hooves!

Blunsdon is a very pretty village, in magnificent countryside, hilly as I like it. the narrow streets become pretty little roads in the countryside. It is very charming and pretty. Thank you for this very nice walk 😀😀😀😀😀
