I was raised Evangelical. Now I'm a polytheist witch. Sadly, these sentiments are very common within the Evangelical community. For some background, Evangelicalism is a philosophy within Christianity that's popular among conservative Christians in the States. It focuses on being born again, of dedicating your life to Jesus, and of spreading the Gospel to non-believers. It also focuses on a belief that humans are inherently wicked, sinful, and impure; that we all deserve to go to Hell; but that Jesus loved us enough to save us, and thus, if we believe in him as the redeemer, we will be able to go to Heaven. In Evangelicalism there is only two options for an after life: either you believe in Jesus and go to Heaven, or you don't and you go to Hell. Yet, it's much more complicated than that, and I feel like a lot of behavior is heavily surveilled within members of the community, by members of the community. You can't have sex before marriage, you can't masturbate, you can't play video games, you can't be gay, you can't be trans, you can't read certain books, or watch certain cartoons, and of course, anything that is spiritual or religious that isn't Evangelical Christianity...well, that's demonic and clearly from Satan and meant to lure nonbelievers and believers alike to hell. The fear of hell is really a central tenet that drives members of Evangelical Christianity to constantly "repent" of their "sins" and try to reach out to "save" nonbelievers from the same fate. For many reasons, Evangelicalism really wasn't for me. This video reminds me a lot of the sentiments I encountered growing up. I think you did a very respectful and insightful approach. I enjoyed your comparisons of witchcraft to the Bible, although, for Evangelicals, they would refuse to see your reasoning and arguments and just say, "Well that's different." And that of course...witchcraft is evil. Sorry for the rant, but nice video again!

As an EX-Christian turned pagan, I CONSIDERED throwing away my Bibles (I had 6 around my house) because I didn’t want to promote anyone else picking one of them up because I felt it was so toxic to me, but there’s a difference between coming into that religion and leaving it. LEAVING it I had the sense to think “someone is just going to spend money on a new copy and it’s going to create waste if I throw it out. If someone’s gonna get a Bible, they’re gonna get one anyway, and it’s not my place to tell other people what they can and can’t read or believe.” The whole religion is about telling people what to read and believe though. This is the group of people that still burns books in 2020 despite that NEVER BEING GOOD FOR HISTORY 🙄 Throwing them in the trash was a mercy. But I can get in their head a bit as to why they thought that was a decent idea if they’re trying to prevent people from finding witchcraft (even though REALISTICALLY all they’re doing is getting rid one 1 perfectly usable copy 🙄🙄🙄)

Christianity is an interesting mix of contradictions. The Council of Nicaea rejected the book of Enoch and so it is not included in the bible. Most Christians have either never heard of the book of Enoch or don't consider it religious text. The catholic church agreed to make their holy days and festivals to closely fit with pagan festivals and holy days to make it easier to convert the "heathens" to Christianity. And most Christians believe that Christianity is the most pure religion out there. What most Christians don't realize, either by ignorance or by design, that Christianity is as much, if not more so, bathed in blood as any other religion. I was a christian most of my life, only recently returning the the worship of my ancestral gods.

Ich weiß das gehört jetzt nicht zum Thema, aber gibt es dein Buch auch auf Deutsch? In deiner Kanalinfo steht "German Folk Witch".

This is just me talking, but I was raised in a Christan environment and am now Wiccan and I just noticed that in my experience, Christians can be very wasteful. Like in the second video there was no reason to throw all the stuff in a trash can and smash it. Donate it. It made my heart sad. 😔

I'm born and raised Catholic, went to church and Sunday school and everything, and never once heard the Priests, Nuns or the Teachers saying to not do anything because it was "demonic" or to disrespect anyone that wasn't Christian, at least not at my church that, btw, is in a small neighborhood in the countryside of Brazil. Another crazy thing, Catholics make over 60% of the Brazilian population and the Protestants make 27%, and even they both being Christians, the hate that the Protestants have for the Catholics are unexplainable, they call us "Not Christian Enough" because we have faith in Saints, they even went as far as kicking a image of Nossa Senhora Aparecida; who is the patroness of Brazil and Brazilian people, expectant mothers and newborns, also sea and rivers, gold, honey and even beauty; in national television, thankfully Catholics believe in God's punishment and that same pastor that kicked the image developed a chronic pain in that same leg and almost had to amputate that leg, but it seems that he didn't learned anything and is back in condemning "idolatry" and is a far-right supporter, and as far as I know he lives in the United States, so Americans beware of a Pastor Sérgio Von Hélder. Also beware with me, because if I see anyone disrespecting mine or someone else religion, I might be Catholic, but I don't take bullshit.

Christians and Catholics have differences. I myself am Charismatic and pentecostal. Look up, Troy Black, John Ramirez, The Supernatural Life with Daniel Adam's, Vlad Savchuk, David Diga Hernandez and Isaiah Saldivar and Kevin Zadai and Julie Lopez.

I’m on a journey to search for truth and my question is if you believe in demons? I hear Christians talking about terrifying experiences when practicing any witchcraft or getting deep into new age spirituality. Have you ever had any scary encounters and for you to practice witchcraft you’re channeling something or practicing rituals for a reason. I am not judging, just curious what higher power you believe in and what is causing your witchcraft to work?

Tiktok does not really care even if you report the most horrible videos, it is part of why TikTok has become so unpopular

I do not know why anyone including yourself would spend any time addressing such people! They are taking energy and time from yourself and anyone to even acknowledge them and honestly by bringing attention to them it is helping them out. I did not grow up Christen (or any of the other major faiths) and honestly never had Christen people want to interact with me, never had them want to convert me or ask me to go to their church at all. So being a pagan, witch I do really do not care what Christens are saying and do not seek out them. If one is not have to deal with them then do not. There are so many groups of people that will not agree with you for many reasons, do not give them your time to correct them! I recall on one of your previous vids you spoke of being ashamed to be of German background due to WW2. I did not grow up where you did so I can not speak of your experience, sad to hear that you felt this way! I am a woman who is a black US woman of mixed background. My grandfather was from Norway but moved to Germany in 1938 to work with the government, I think you get what I am saying. After WW2 to avoid being sent to jail he got changed his name and moved to the US and married a black US woman and had kids to try to hide his past. That said when he moved back to Germany and I also lived there myself I met him many times. Even with this I am not embarrassed by who I am, my direct family is! Germany has a long history of more than just WW2 era! So you should not feel bad about who you are. Many people's in the past did awful things so do not feel bad of being German.

These Christians forget about the Ephah that the Elder wore on his chest that had 12 crystals on it that represented the 12 Tribes and when they prayed to God regarding one tribe, the crystal associated with that tribe would light up. Yah, crystals are demonic. I’ve read my Bible and I’m a witch. I love The Most High God and I love nature.

You should say in the ending of your videos “don’t forget, if you guys hit that like button, you’ll set your spirit free.” Instead of “you’ve given your life to Jesus” lol 🤣🤣🤣
